Office 2000 applications show only the most recently used menu items. I find this a hassle when I want a menu item I haven't accessed in a while. How can I show all menu items?
Displaying only the most recently used menu items is Office 2000's default setting - it is meant to speed things up. But if you'd like to display all menu items, follow these instructions.
Start any Office program. Click on Tools, Customize. Select the Options tab. Clear the 'Menus show recently used commands first' checkbox. Click Close.
